All they had to do was fill a prescription for my 1 year old Grandaughter who had been seen by an optometrist at the U of M and received her prescription...they said it would be 2 weeks...FIVE weeks later....nothing...not even a call to let us know what was going on...I called n was rudely told they'd call me when they came in...I picked up my Grandaughter's prescription today...I'll go somewhere with SOME type of customer service and appreciation for their customers!
