wait times are terrible and the secretary is rude
Wait times in this entire department are HORRENDOUS. The staff isn't very friendly. I spoke with the secretary Stephanie and her lack of compassion and empathy is appalling.

My son had ringing along with pressure and blocked ears. He visit Hawthorn Medical ENT in Dartmouth Ma. as an emergency and Craig Eldridge, PA was fantastic with him. He was thorough and made my son feel very comfortable that he would figure out what was wrong. On monday after sending him for and MRI he called with the results himself and to check how he was feeling and told me if he wasn't feeling any better come on in to see him again. It's refreshing to find a physician today who makes the time to call his patients and check up on them. The appointment was quick and the office is very nice and clean. The nurses were very nice, helpful and really knowledgeable. I would recommend Dart. ENT and Craig if a Otolaryngologist is needed. Thanks for great visit.
