Great Care!
I had my first appointment about 2 months ago. It was a great experience! I had never seen a mental health provider before and was very nervous. Courtney made the appointment relaxed and she was easy to talk to. Over the last couple months I have been seeing her and and have never felt better!

Review correction
I had written something negative about Ms. Tafoya and I was incorrect. I was not charged for an unattended appointment. I highly recommend Ms. Tafoya. She is professional, kind, helpful, and patient. I have been seeing her for several years and she takes the time to really listen to me. She truly cares about her patients.

She was no-show and fraudulently billed me
Through Cerebral, I was made to wait a month for an appointment because they have so few openings. They bill $99 per month even if their schedule is full! Then Courtney Tafoya was a no-show for our appointment on August 28. They charged ME a no-show fee on top of the monthly bill for services-not-provided! Now I have to schedule another appointment one month out? So that I can be no-showed and fraudulently billed? You have another thing coming!
