Amazing therapist
I’ve been seeing Courtney Shaughnessy for CBT, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly comforting and supportive. She takes the time to make sure I fully understand the tools we’re working with, and more importantly, how to actually apply them in real life. Her approach is both gentle and highly educated, which makes each session feel safe and productive. I genuinely look forward to our appointments each week—working with her has been such a positive experience.
