Although she was very kind and easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor, I never really felt like I was receiving help. I would get a lot of 'hmm, let me think on that,' and not much else in response. I know therapists don't give specific instructions, etc., but I needed more than a vague non-answer and a podcast suggestion. It felt a lot of times like she wasn't all the way listening and would just throw out a 'let me think on that' to cover that up.
