Dr. Courtney Dirksen, PHD

Dirksen Center for Neurology only cares about money. I’ve told them that my child wears hearing aids and they wasted a 3 hour visit, by having a therapist who was sick and wearing a mask, administer tests. My child couldn’t hear her. Furthermore, it took them 8 weeks to generate a report, which they refused to provide me with, until they will receive full payment from my BCBS insurance. When they did get paid, I was told that they do not accept card payments from my insurance and denied the payment. They never called or e mail me to let me know that they want the payment in the form of a check. Two and a half months later, I still don’t have a doctor’s report. Dr. Dirksen does not care about her patients. This practice is all about money. Please don’t waste your time and money at her practice. Find someone who cares about their patients

I was there in 2017 and 2022 with my son for testing. Dr Dirksen is very nice, professional. She truly cares. Benefits were checked and I knew what my portion will be ached of the appointments. All staff are nice and helpful. We are seeing psychologist there now and she is amazing.

These people are scammers, looking to get you in, prey on you when you are vulnerable, and then tell you that you're out of network, billing you thousands of dollars. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Horrible people.
