I called Corey Crouch's office in Staunton VA to schedule an appointment for an eye exam, as he was on EyeQuest insurance provider list His female assistant confirmed that my insurance was accepted ($0 copay). After traveling a half hour to Crouch's office, I was told by the SAME woman that they do not accept EyeQuest insurance and are not an EyeQuest provider.. NO apology. But, she tried to convince me to pay the full amount out of my own pocket. Of course, I left this lying, cheating, greedy optometrist practice. Cannot be trusted in any way.
