Connie is very knowledgeable.I feel she takes the time to figure out the root of the medical problem.Our entire family has followed her to her new location.I wish more health care providers were as compassionate as she is.

Connie is very kind. Great personality, however, if you ask about medicine refills, referrals to a speciality, or mention any actual issues you may be having during your annual, insurance covered physical, she immediately shifts that visit into a costly consultation and charges you separately. Unfortunately, this doesn’t allow for an open dialogue between patient and provider for fear of incurring a costly burden. I recently moved here and never occurred this sort of billing. It’s disheartening that a patient cannot be open with their provider. Additionally, the staff refuses to submit referrals to insurance for speciality visit. My insurance had to call twice because they literally said, they would not send over a referral. That I need to call the specialty, make an appointment then have the specialist call them THEN they’d send the referral paperwork to insurance.
