My husband is a VA patient under Connie’s care and fortunately he is lucky enough to not have many medical needs for now, as he’s 39. When he has secure messaged with issues, his team has been prompt to reply and he’s been scheduled to see him in a reasonable timeframe, which we are appreciative for. We’re thankful for his VA team.

She is very scatter brain! She never listened to me. I never finished explaining anything b/c she kept interrupting me. She referred me to a specialist but failed to give them key details about my condition & past treatment. Come to find out, the specialist couldn't help me b/c she referred me for something completely different! By what I've heard, she can't keep patients. Patients are always requesting for a new provider & I was one of them! I'm so glad I will never have to see her again!
