Very bad experience. I waited at least 30-40 minutes after finally getting into Doctor's main room. Paper on the seat was ripped. Ms. Knapp's demeanor was cold, detached and not personable. Ms. Knapp has zero bedside manner compassion and wrote a recommendation on a paper towel, which was unprofessional. Ms. Knapp did not take a moment prior to or during the consult to review my file and did not perform a pap smear.
