Colleen is not very careful about keeping in touch with a patient. I needed a prescription refill of a controlled substance. I called when I had three left and she told me I had to come in for an appointment. She had no appointments available. Therefore, I was left without my prescription. She should have told me when she filled it the time prior that she would need to see me before she filled it again. She does not look ahead and does not care.
