Colleen is rude, snobby and unprofessional. I reported her misconduct towards me to the R.I. Dept. of Health. She had put me on some medicine for anxiety and depression. When she dropped me from being her patient she didn't provide me with any refills. I had gotten terminated from my job at South County Hospital because they defended her. I was unjustly treated. I can breathe today but my life is over. Colleen should be removed from the right to practice medicine. Rebut this!!!!!
