I don't think Colleen is a Doctor (could be wrong), but she's an AWESOME physical therapist. Very down to earth, friendly, on-time, pays attention to what you say-- even if you don't quite know how to describe what's going on. She's careful and caring and if I had to guess, has an intuitive "master level" understanding of what's going on under your skin. She has a very nice way about her. If you want high-polish, clinical and cold, she's not the way to go. A great woman to work with!
