Colleen was a great combination of therapist and straight talker. She helped me navigate through some troubling times and gave me tips for staying on my path. A year later and I still feeling strong. She helped me learn a lot about myself and I am forever grateful.

Colleen is a wonderful gift to our family. She is the perfect blend of empathy and straight talk. My stepkids are really benefiting from her help navigating a difficult blended family situation. She has also worked with my husband and me to help the children and understand their perspective. She has helped us through some truly dark times and let us see the light at the end of the tunnel. I first started seeing Colleen for anxiety and panic attacks several months ago. Since we began working together, she has helped me connect the dots to uncover the root cause of my anxiety as well as identifying what triggers my anxiety. She has taught me a variety of different strategies to retrain my brain and stop the anxiety from spiraling. I feel like Colleen truly understands me and the way my brain works. She has encouraged me in so many ways; especially in questioning the self-limiting beliefs I’ve had for years.
