Colleen has helped me through some of the hardest times of my life and helped get me to a much better place handling my depression and anxiety! I don't know what I would've done without her! I first started seeing her in person 1-2 times per week but have moved out of state since then-- and 6 years later she does phone sessions with me on an as-needed basis! Luckily, I don't need therapy weekly or even monthly anymore and she's the reason I got to this point.
