I liked Dr. Ricks fine. But his receptionist Jennifer over charged me and refused to refund the money even after I had insurance company call her. Being a retired school teacher on a fixed income in the worst state for teachers pay I cannot afford a doctor's office that does this.

This office and physician are one of the best that I have ever used. Their equipment is phenomenal and Dr. Ricks is caring and thorough with the results!
