I felt very relaxed as though I were his only patient which I knew was not true. I felt like he was not rushed , as if he wanted to spend time with me. His explanations were not complicated. His advise to follow up with nephrology, before my scheduled appointment, was wise. He's not hard on the eyes, but it didn't distract from his sincerity.
