Clyde Yan, PMHNP

I've only seen him for a few months and primarily for medication management but he seems competent enough. Friendly and detailed. Not my favorite therapist but everyone has a style preference. I'm mostly writing this as a balance to what other reviews I saw. I don't feel he lied about anything, he was very professional and kind, and he seemed knowledgeable. The scheduling situation is a bit strange as you pretty much have to go through email but I suppose that's not his fault. He's one of multiple doctors in the office. He does offer virtual appointments.

Will intentionally lie about what he's prescribing just to appease you, then when you go to the pharmacy you find out he's written it for something else

Terrible. It was all a bad experience. He threatened to send me to state facility, just for having thoughts... mind me, not acting on them either... just thoughts. Regardless it was out of his control. Hes very insulting and threatened to make me do dbt packets although I am only helped with my mentality through my faith in God. I was accused of learning nothing at the state facility they managed to send me to in the past, over one single attempt. State hospitals are consequences!!!!
