I recommend Claudia Quiroz - LMHC because she helped me during my time of need regarding my self-esteem. Growing up I suffered a lot from poor self-esteem issues. As much as I read self-help books I still was unable to overcome my poor self-image. However, Claudia helped me to learn to apply mindfulness techniques, as well as meditation as a way to overcome an unbalanced self-image. I have come a long way since going to therapy with her. Also, with Claudia I learned that exercise helps a ton.
