Claire is one of the best mental health professionals I've had the privilege of working with over the years - and I've had a few with my mental issues and trauma history. Unlike some therapists who are there for the paycheck, she legit actually takes clients and works with them on their goals and their healing. You, however, need to put in the work to get out of the therapy what you need to. (As most mental health work goes, that part doesn't change. You get out of it what you are willing to put in and they can only meet you there). She's absolutely fantastic at helping me manage my history and is helping me piece me back together. If you click with her style, ten out of ten would recommend in a heartbeat.
