Claire Bareiss, PA-C

Claire has supported my adult son in managing his diabetes for the past several years. He has a developmental disability which makes his care management a bit more challenging. Claire explains everything to him clearly and takes the needed time with him. She does not dismiss his concerns and offers manageable solutions. Claire provides him with excellent care.

Claire has been my go-to person for my diabetes for five years. She takes great care and time discussing what's going well and my struggles in the beginning of my diagnosis. She's great on following up and suggesting new therapies to get my A1-C numbers down, which they have dramatically. She's very encouraging. Can't imagine going to someone else. I cannot recommend her more highly for thorough and thoughtful care.

Dr. Bareiss, was knowledgeable, and helpful. I went to Endo and Metab, for a consult looking for a Dr to treat my diabetes. I told the Dr that, like many of us, money was an issue. When my bill came at $230+, I paid it in full. I then called the office with concerns about the bill. The office manager, Emily, returned my call. When I questioned some of the tests; Emily lost it, she was accusatory, rude, and I felt disrespected. She accused me of not respecting the Dr, that the tests were necessary, I was wrong;and she refused to listen or lend a sympathetic ear. She very rudely said, “you don't respect the doctor, you can find another doctor, we don't need your business, we'll wipe out your bill” and then hung up on me without letting me to speak. The Dr's are fantastic. The staff is miserable and not compssionate. It is not worth the potentially explosive nature of the staff, Emily, their office manager, in particular. I share this honestly, you decide if it is worth it to you.
