I have seen Cindy for several years now. She has been great. I am now feeling great and doing well with my medications. She is very compassionate and willing to try different medications to find the right one.

One day (in 2021), the voicemail was full so you couldn't even leave a message (because literally, no one EVER answered the phone) to make an appointment. This went on for weeks to the point that It became an urgent situation because the medication prescribed was not something you could stop cold turkey without SEVERE side effects....and it's not like with these types of medications it's easy to find another doctor who will simply prescribe you the same medication you've been on for years. The level of neglect and lack of patient care was astonishing. Luckily, to avoid an extremely dangerous situation, our OBGYN wrote on emergency prescription to hold my daughter until she was able to get an appointment with a new doctor. Whether it was staffing issues, personal issues, whatever....Cindy Hinton left many patients in the same dangerous situation....no contact, no medication refills.
