She really listens! AND she isn't in a hurry to get out of the room. She is very supportive of how I want to handle my health and health care. I highly recommend her and Oak Street Health.

Takes the time to listen. Very thorough and kind.
I felt welcome and safe. First medical office I have been to where real people answer the phone! They even call you back!
