Amazing! She's a gem of a human being. She is compassionate, empathetic, no bs type of person, and will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. She is absolutely Amazing! I felt seen, heard, acknowledged. I really wish there were more individuals like Chrystal! She is truly making a difference.

I have been trying to find a good therapist for childhood trauma that I never had resolved, I thought I was ok until my breakdown. I saw a few therapist, but I never really felt a difference. I knew I needed a trauma therapist, it’s hard to find a good fit for me to open up to. Chrystal was like no other therapist I had been too. I knew that she was exactly who I needed the first appointment. Healing is extremely painful and I was scared to go through it. For the first time when I cried talking about it I felt pain and anger and sorrow. I was never able to let myself feel any emotions and I feel now I missed so much of my life because I just kept pushing forward without noticing the affect that trauma had on me. Shes stern and she made me get to a place that I never felt. I suppressed so much of what happened and everything had to come out, I was dealing with PTSD and didn’t know how to deal with it. She helped me find myself and learn how to understand me. I am helping others now.
