Christy Waldron, APRN

This review is not on Ms Waldron as much of on the office. For three weeks I have been leaving messages to set up and appointment in their general mailbox because no one ever answers and I have yet to get a return call. Very frustrated!

I would give less than 1-star but she did show up. Beyond that? I thought it was perhaps the worst medical experience I've had this year. The office was chaotic. People were lined up in a small hallway to leave urine samples in a dirty bathroom. As for the visit. She had not reviewed my file and offered medications that I could not take. I told her I was not interested in any invasive procedures and so she hard-sold "prostate steaming" which is both invasive and unproven to have any real world efficacy. I told her "no" and she got irritated and said "Well I guess there is nothing I can do for you." Worst of all when I left my confidential records were laying out on a counter in narrow hallway with patients passing through and my name and conditions clearly visible. This practice seems likes it right out of the 1980s. Maybe they never heard of HIPPA?

I just think she great! I don't think I could find anyone I would feel more comfortable with.

Prompt, professional service. Waiting time about 10min. Never felt rushed, all my questions were answered and easily understood.

From the start ! I felt that Christy really took her time, and listened to me. She asked lots of questions. I never felt rushed, just cared for.

Have been seeing Christy for over four years and never had a bad experience, she always listens to what I have to say and asks the correct questions to get to the bottom of any problem I have. Would send anyone to see her if they needed a excellent medical provider.

We had to get in an a sort of emergency and we were fitted in. So grateful for that. Then nurse practitioner was fast, complete, and get the work done quickly and effectively.

I was impressed with the caution the staff took regarding the Covid 19... protecting both patients and staff in an intelligent manner.

I have been going to the Urology Wellness Center in Lake Mary for years and have had Christy Waldron as a provider for most of those years. She is personable and thorough with her exams. She goes the extra step in caring for her patients. She has my highest recommendation.

I was seen on time and Christy was polite and professional. She put me at ease and made the necessary arrangements to help me get a a needed perscription at an affordable price.

Christy is very understanding. excelant manners I would recommend her to anyone. that need her care.

4 month check-up. Great visit Dr. Christy Waldon is great, cares about you and how things are going. I had a car accident that morning and with the Corona virus going around right now she asked if I had any injury and she checked the area that was hurt and gave medical advice on that in addition to what I was there for. I would recommend the nurses and doctors in this office to everyone.

Initially, fine, she could not make 2d and 3d appointments, saw someone else, terrible as well as any other appointments. You should know all this as i have reported this before...wish i could have been more positive...

It was a very good visit. The service was Professional and Courteous.

I don't have any complaints about my visit. The nurses are very helpful and friendly. The DAY AFTER my visit, I came down with a bad UTI! My question is: would the urine sample not have indicated some infection??? I went to my primary care Dr. Johnson, and fortunately he got me on anti-biotics.

I really enjoyed my appointment with Christy Waldron. Very professional yet still was able to make me comfortable.

Christy was a very fine and easy person to talk with about my frequency problem. She knew about my problem and was able to get a new medication for me that has helped me tremendously. This was my first appointment with her and was glad that my PCP referred her to me. She is very knowledgeable, patient and took time with me which I appreciate very much.

Christ Waldron, I would recommend highly. She was informative, professional, and at the same time personable. Straight forward and not a long wait in the waiting room.

I have been suffering with PGAD for awhile before coming to see Christy, she was able to diagnose my problem and change my medicine, very few doctors know the symptoms of it, but she was spot on. The office staff is super friendly and make you feel like a valued patient. The wait time is minimal and the office is very clean.
