Christy Stevens was great , took care of a family member. Changed, saved their life for the better. Then she disappeared, no warning, no forwarding. Just gone. Deserted and abandoned her patients. Devastating. Does she even realize how much she hurt her patients?? No excuse

Provider switched clinics without informing any patients. I had issues refilling a medication due to this oversight, and suffered abrubt SSRI discontinuation syndrome which nearly cost me my life. I would never in good faith recommend Ms.Stevens to anyone.
