"I have had two scheduled visits with Christy Bain in the past 3 months. Both times I arrived 30 minutes early. First time I waited 2 hours after my scheduled visit time and was told to reschedule because she was behind. This last visit I arrived 30 minutes early waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time and I was told that she had already started on her virtual visit schedule and I would have to reschedule yet again. She as much called me a liar when I told her I had been waiting over an hour. I'm sorry, but this is no way to run a business. My wife and I will be looking for a new primary care provider, one that actually cares about her patients."

Got in to see Ms. Bain immediately! It was my first visit with her, her professionality was so evident, her ease of conversation was disarming/refreshing, she made me feel very comfortable. I was completely satisfied (more like "thrilled") with the way she addressed and provided an immediate solution to my presenting problem.

I have been a patient of Christy's for several years. I will never forget how compassionate and understanding she was when I first met her. It was a very difficult time in my life and I know that God put her in my life for such a time! I actually want to thank her for her generous heart and spirited care. I should have done this long ago. See her and you will love her, as she will you!

She is good and thorough but her referral department is the worse that I have ever seen. Takes over a month for them to fax a letter over to a specialist. I call that bad healthcare for that Doctor Clinic.

Got me in ASAP and kept calling other doctors to get them to read my results. Very personal level of care!
