Able to get to see quickly. Explains things and listens

Was scheduled to see doctor lambert in 8 months. Started having a flair up of my knee. Called his office had an appointment the next day. Got X-rays and medicine and was sent to see orthopedics who gave me an injection. Knee is much better now. Great pcp and explains things so I understand.

Have been seeing Chris for years now. Always willing to see me quickly sometimes even same day. Typically have to wait weeks to see a doctor. His assistant is very nice.

Top notch helped me with a sinus infection I had for weeks.

Prescribed me a medication that has a major interaction with another I am taking and could have killed me.

chris is a great pa very prof. pleased with my visit ask hard Q but the rt ones this guy is a pro.

Chris Lambert is down to earth and a straight forward provider.He asked the right questions on my first visit and paid attention to my answers. Happy with his demeanor and the staff in the office .

I was handed off to this FNP and found his demeanor quite rude, I was coming from another nasty clinic in Middleton and this was my first visit, he second guessed all my conditions most of which I've had since birth, when I stated I live with tinnitus he said oh, I have it too and began to tell me to just not think about it, my tinnitus is worse causing me to have periodic deafness and pitch changes and he seemed to not care or have any positive suggestions. I have a lot of conditions and I got the feeling that somewhere in the future this clinic may not be able to give me the proper care I really need, we'll see!

I was handed off to NP Lambert when my PCP was unavailable. After explaining why I was there, he ignored/minimized my complaint of ongoing severe back pain. When I requested an MRI for testing, he responded very condescendingly by asking "Are you ready to have back surgery? If not I'm not ordering you an MRI" As I was in severe pain, I then enlisted the help of a more competent provider (an MD) and learned that I had two broken thoracic vertebrae. Providers like Mr. Lambert should pursue another profession.

I had a virtual visit with Christopher about an insect bite. He wasn’t helpful or knowledgeable. He recommended going to an urgent care if I “was concerned”.I scheduled the virtual appointment to ask if I should be concerned. He was also pretty cold. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Not impressed with him at all, didn't use gloves to check on something used his bare hands. Order a test when it should have been another type.

I went in for a physical. I was rushed out and made to feel like i was complaining too much. I've been in for physicals w/ my prior doctors and was NEVER rushed out because they over booked. He was cold. He didn't check me over and i felt it was a waste of time. I have many health concerns going in to my mid life and this guy is a BUM. Not to mention he called me a liar since i didn't know my prescription milligram. We go to our doctors to feel safe. I didn't feel safe. Have empathy for people.
