Outstanding - when the first kidney stone procedure couldn't be done, and the laser was next I was a basket case. Christopher was a huge help in calming me and reassuring me that they would find a laser team to do the necessary procedure to remove my kidney stone. Otherwise my appointment would have to be cancelled and I'd have to come back another day. He continued to reassure me, and check on me, until I was discharged. He made a huge difference in my comfort level.

Excellent!! You can tell he is really passionate about his career. He is super friendly and made me feel at ease during my procedure. I was highly impressed and grateful he made my experience not so terrifying (since I was a nervous patient).
