DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN
Never stopped talking about himself. Talked more about his own problems than yours. Just a poor listenerRepeatedly pushed ketamine on me, even though I said over and over again that I didn't want any. It really made me feel awful for awhile, and he just kept scheduling me for it. I think it genuinely made everything worse for me. AND HE KEPT PUSHING IT ON ME, even after I asked him to stop.He ghosted me when I requested a med refill. After a month of no responses, I found a new provider.It's a miracle I graduated ASU with this man as my doctor.Genuinely unfit to be a practitioner. STAY AWAY

Dr Earle is my absolute favorite! I literally cried when I went to my appointment the other day and found out he was no longer at the practice which I attend.
