Dr was fine, his billing company is another story. I have an overpayment of almost 600.00 due to me since May 2020 and they are not refunding my money. I keep getting told that they are processing it and to be patient, or I get told that it was mailed out Jan. 8th and to be patient. I guess I'm going to have to file in small claims as I think I've been "patient" enough.
