Chris is the best therapist that I have ever had. He listens to your issues, and offers a lot of different ways of coping with what's going on. He doesn't judge. He is very laid back, and has a very calming, and welcoming demeanour. Chris does not push you to discuss things you aren't ready to discuss. He also doesn't make you feel rushed or hurried. Chris is open to discuss any issues you may have. He has a wonderful technique to calm you down when upsetting, and difficult issues are being discussed. He is very skilled when it comes to guided meditation. I haven't ever had a therapist that is as amazing,and incredible as Chris is. He really knows what he's doing, and will get you on the path to wellness right away.
