Christine Rivera, NP

Great NP. Our family have been under care of Christine Rivera for few years now, but unfortunately had to change MD due to our insurance. She has been always attentive, empathetic, honest, and respectful.

Does not follow through with care. I had x ray done and was never informed of findings of some fluid in my lungs until I had to go to the ER and get help. The ER did another x ray and said my lungs were clear it was a week after I got the first x ray. I went back to the NP for a follow up because I was still not feeling well. I asked the NP why she did not call me back to give me my x ray results and she said "oh I told my assistant to call you. No blood work results. Still waiting over 10 days.
