Dr. Christine Randall, PHD

I was very disappointed in Dr. Randall of Bricken and Associates.I had already made an appointment with my referring doctor for a follow up visit when I went for my appointment with Dr. Randall. I asked Dr. Randall if a little over four weeks would give her time to send my results to him. She assured me it would be. It was not. I wasted my doctor’s time, my husband/my time and had to pay a copay for a useless doctor’s visit. Two weeks later and she has finally sent the results to my doctor. When a doctor tells you something, you expect that doctor to do what she says. It makes you doubt that doctor. She was also late for both my appointments. I will not use Dr. Randall or Bricken and Associates again. Dr. Bricken was completely unsupportive in dealing with this situation.
