very unprofessional
She pre-judged me before walking into the room. Her only goal from the start was to intentionally and purposefully condescend and make me feel worse. She then used her position as a medical professional to gain information about my personal life under the false pretense of it being for medical purposes so that she could talk about me behind my back. There are no words for her lack of professionalism. Disgraceful behavior.

Christine has a great bedside manner and appears to listen well. However, when I expressed a strong need for my prescriptions to be transferred since my previous provider was no longer available, she assured me that I had nothing to worry about. That was in September, and in April I discovered my prescriptions had still not been transferred. I also asked to have a lab test done at a lab closer to my home. After the lab was complete I was surprised that Quinlan's office had no record of it. I sent them all the identifiable information including the phone number of the lab. I received a call back asking me to call the lab and request they fax the information. I've never received such a request from a medical office before. The level of incompetence is amazing to me. I don't know how much of this is due to Christine or simply to her staff at Middletown Medical, but I will not be returning.
