Dr. Hulbert was friendly and helpful. Her staff in charge of fulfilling my prescription were terrible. I required a prior authorization for 2 prescriptions. I waited several weeks to hear back being patient. When I checked with the insurance company they said they had no record of the request. I called and went in person to the doctor to explain the issue. I was shown a piece of paper saying it had been done regardless of what the insurance said and blown off. I spent the next day arguing on the phone with the insurance company. When I went back to the woman whose job it was to submit the prior authorization she complained that she would have to fill out a paper copy, said she had so much work to do, and hung up on me when I insisted it was in fact her job to make sure I received the prescriptions the doctor prescribed to me. I finally got 1 after a month. I liked the Dr Christine, but I will not be returning to her because of how rude and incompetent her staff was.

I would never recommend her to anyone! She keeps her patients waiting for an absurd amount of time. The last 3 visits she didn’t even exam me. Literally asked if there were changes .. I said no and she said see you in 6 months. Recently had an experience were she would not refill a prescription that needs to be injection every week because I was a month overdue for a office visit. The office never reached out and when I told her she said it was my fault. Her office was contacted 3 times from the pharmacy and she denied the calls. It was just an overall horrible experience with her! I should have switched offices a long time ago. She is very unprofessional and in my opinion does care for her patients at all! I would never recommend her to anyone!
