She's an incredible provider. I would recommend to anyone. She listens to what I have to say, is very personable, and is very helpful!! My daughter also loves her!

Nurse practitioner Hazlett does not listen to what the patient is saying and is ready to dish out the medication. Not very knowledgeable either as she has a book she carries with her to look up certain conditions and medications. After being told anti-depressants were not recommended by a neurologist, she wrote a script anyway. I was smart enough to throw it in the trash. You will see a different doctor every time at this practice. Money over care.
