Office visits are always pleasant. I never have to wait to be seen. Christina is informative and explains changes she makes to hearing aids. She listens and answers all questions I might have. Receptionist are all pleasant and helpful as well. Great experience.

We were seen in a timely manner. Our audiologist was friendly and helpful. This facility is not as convenient as the office at the Wright Building. For the time being we will be able to drive this distance; however, I am concerned about the future. Our hearing aides are Resound and my husband bought a new pair JUST before the previous office closed. I am wondering if there are audiologists north of Dayton who handle the Resound hearing aides and who would see us and honor the guarantee.

My experience was good. I will need to schedule another because she changed the tubing on my hearing aid's.They fit to loose and I am concerned I may loose them. Don't know why I didn't realize that in the office , but I did not. She was great, very caring !
