Saw Christina for follow up care. I did not feel like she listened to concerns, just dismissed them without explanation. Patients who don't know these things need explanations, especially if you are simply going to dismiss things they may find scary to face. I felt there was a great lack of compassion, and lack of even trying to listen and understand questions. And this was at each visit with her, not just a one time thing. Not okay.
