As a patient with multiple and deeply rooted mental, physical and emotional issues, Christina has compassionately and fearlessly guided me, encouraged me to hold myself accountable for my own self care and is my cheerleader to push through the hard stuff. She is beyond dedicated to her clients, and has called me or texted me if necessary according to my mental health state that needs immediate attention and cant wait till next session. I also feel I'm in good hands, knowing that Christina regularly continues her education in the field and is great about suggesting and implementing her skill sets.

Christina was instrumental in guiding me out of a long term relationship with a narcissist. Her knowledge and tools she offered are exactly what I needed as I had given up not knowing what to do. Thank You so much Christina !!!

Christina is fantastic. Relatable, very easy to talk to and easily reachable in an emergency. Personally, she helped me save myself. Encouraged me to work through the hard stuff and not give up. Highly recommend her. She does telehealth visits as well.
