I would highly recommend Christina Mortenson! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, caring, polite, and highly professional! She analyzes your condition and takes steps to assess, find, and cure! I am so happy to have found her here in New Braunfels.

I had a horrible experience with Christina Mortenson. After going in for several visits regarding my thyroid and possible cancer diagnosis I am left wishing I would have gone to someone who actually cares for their patiences. Today she called me with results that I have may have cancer, rushed to tell me that and then got angry at me for taking up what she deemed too much of her time ( 15 minutes, 5 of which I was on hold for ) with questions. I could have come in, but she said she wanted to tell me over the phone. In addition my prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy, and when they were they were incorrect, my imaging referral was not sent in back in August and was only just now sent in this October after I reminded them it was never sent. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but she was extremely rude and heartless in my toughest of times. I am so disappointed that I spent so much of my money building report with Pak when I'll have to start over somewhere else now.
