My visit was fine; however, when I had COVID I was told to treat the symptoms and if it got worse to go to the hospital. Why wasn't the infusion an option? Other people I know got the infusion and were fine in a very short amount of time. I don't understand why this office is against the COVID infusion treatment.

The staff were efficient, kind, and were straight to the point with what needed to be done. I've have Christie Schmitz see me the past several times when I needed to make an appointment. She's knowledgeable, has a no nonsense approach, but yet has a great personality!

The receptionist was a little matter-of-fact. Telling my mom right away that she needed a mask, however, my mom was using oxygen. She could have been a little friendlier. Maybe she was having a bad morning? But everyone else was very nice, polite and had great bedside manners
