I love Dr. Coats! She is very kind and will take the time to answer any questions that I have. I love how she is always trying to help me save money on drops whether it's prescription or over the counter.

Dr. Coats explains things so well and is very informative. Would recommend her highly to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Dr. Coats is extremely professional and very polite. She explains things in depth and leaves nothing uncovered. I would give her a 101% rating in all fields. I cannot begin to describe how in depth her procedures and basic her explanations are concerning your health issues and concerns. She is extremely thorough and willing to answer any and all questions that you may have. After my visit with her I was extremely relieved and felt like all my questions had more than sufficiently been answered. She is extremely friendly and kind. I honestly cannot think of anything that she could have possibly done to of made my visit more pleasant or informative. I would recommend her to anyone that was having any kind of eye trouble or vision issues. She was very prompt. She makes you feel very comfortable and right at home. She runs a sufficient amount of tests and explains what she’s doing as she does them and explains the results and your options very thoroughly. I felt very comfortable and pleased

Dr. Coats explained everything she was doing during the examination. She used models and diagrams to explain what she looked for and what she found. She showed me how various conditions affect vision. She is very personable and pleasant. The whole experience at the clinic was wonderful.
