Horrible
Was asking for who referred me but it was not required from my insurance. And nothing else mattered to her. Find help elsewhere. Was rude. Waste of time made me feel worse.

First appt. which was virtual she didn’t even show up for. The 2nd appt she says I need a referral and I’ve never needed one from my insurance to see a specialist. If that was the case why did her office confirm the appt. twice? After waiting a month in between appts.. I would not bother again something is off-putting and very unprofessional about this experience. Good luck to Nduka Chinelo, NP.
