Transparent and Down to Earth
This lady here!!! Let me just say Ms. Smith is very very very passionate about what she does. When I first met her for services, I didn't know what to expect because of my extensive mental health issues. She was very honest but meant well and there was no mistaking she wants what's best. She was transparent and I was able to connect with her during my therapy sessions, as I have not been able to with others in the past due to sometimes feeling judged or just them simply not being a good fit.
