A painful experience. I felt that she did not care for my needs. Impatient, not kind, hurtful with her words and demeanor. I don’t know if it was intentional (how she acted), but this person was personally a horrible choice for an appointment where I NEEDED someone to give me support through a procedure. My family members went to see her and found her to be rude as well. Was looking for a PCP to settle with, and chose her because she’s a woman like me, and she’s in my network, as well as her being at UF Health, and, finally, the office being a short drive from home. Those reasons were wrong, especially since there are other NICER female doctors I can pick from in my network close to home. I’m only writing this because it was a shock to me having such a traumatic experience and maybe others will read it too and avoid it. I could say here the specific things I heard, saw, and felt there. But if I went into detail telling my experience, this review would get way too uncomfortable to read.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in until the time I left. I felt very comfortable and heard. I felt all my needs were addressed and everyone was really nice.
