The initial visit consisted of hearing tests and consultation. It was followed-up with a second consultation to go over the hearing aid options. That was done in casual conversation about my hearing environment and my preferences. At that session, I agreed to try hearing aids and chose the type and technology I desired. No pressure was applied as they allow a two month, full refund, free trial. The third session was the actual fitting. I highly recommend this practice, with Dr. Martin, and Cheryl Wray, the audiologist, in particular.
