I came in looking to establish a new doctor and it turned into the most unprofessional interaction I've ever had. And I've seen a lot of doctors. First, she spent the first 30 minutes talking about herself and her life. I got suspicious when she mentioned that she wasn't "politically correct" and that she says stuff that people don't wanna hear.. Shes not a mental health professional and that's what the appt. turned into being based on and that wasn't my intentions. At one point she coldly said "I understand" as I was clearly emotional and I replied with "but do you?" In no way did I mean for this to be mean. A couple minutes later she AGGRESSIVELY replied to me after I said I was trying to understand what she was saying with "BUT DO YOU?!" And followed that up with "I wanted you to know how it felt!" I still can't believe how offended she got by my frustration that turned into straight panic after being mimicked and dismissed and disrespected. I just wanted help and a new PCP.

Cheryl has always been kind and patient, listening and suggesting without rushing me out of the office. Appreciate her patience.

Provider is very disrespectful of patients, waiting over an hour in office not uncommon here, went here because medicare was accepted and it was the only clinic who was accepting patients with medicare at the time. Clinic is invasive, and cares more about proper billing for insurance and pushing big pharma than they do the patients. Nurse actually told me I was lucky to even be seen by the clinic, very rudely, I might ad. If you want to be treated like someone in a communist country, come here!.
