Good, uncaring. Unapologetically late to meeting . Wanted me to see a psychiatrist and be put on drugs before she would talk to me

This person will in no way help you with any psychiatric issues. She does not offer psychiatric therapy. Instead she insults you before she even gets to know you, or understand why you are there. Many people make vocational errors. I sincerely hope this person retires soon as she is a danger to those in need of psychiatric help.

A Former PCSD Patient – Jan 23, 2020

I had a horrible experience as well. I left her office in tears. She made assumptions, didn’t let me finish my sentences and didn’t not respond well when I started crying. This was just the initial visit too. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a therapist.

TERRIBLE! This doctor is very hostile & should not be in this line of business. I do not know how her license has not been suspended yet. Scary.

Concerned – Jul 20, 2019
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. MacDonald?
I went in because I have been in chronic pain for 18+ years. She never asked about my medical records. All she did was tell me to go and get off pain meds. She did not even give me enough time to talk about my issues, she was late and then still only gave me 30 minutes of her precious time. I came out more depressed then when I went in. What a waste of time!

I completely agree with the comment above. Dr. MacDonald was very rude and not helpful at all. I would never recommend anyone be seen by this woman.
