As someone with GAD, that can verge on panic disorder, I lost my footing when I moved to the Cape from Pittsburgh and encountered a significant setback. Cheryl provided excellent wisdom, guidance and strong support throughout my transition period. Without Cheryl, I may very well have pulled the covers up over my head and never moved again. Cheryl is not afraid to ask the hard questions or push you when you are ready. It is so nice to have someone wo doesn't JUST listen but asks questions that make you think and look at yourself. She has been a lifesaver and I love the growth I am experiencing.
